Key Responsibilities
- Ownership of complete Life Cycle of Products (Existing & new ones)/ Solutions to the markets within BU.
- Opp. Identification, commercial viability ‘NPD’, New market development, Product developments, scale up along with operations, USP offerings for commercial launch & sales traction.
- Pipeline creation, international market developments along with exports team. Ability to cross-up sell solutions in Key customers & markets.
- Single point of contact for all regions in India & global, related to Pricing –Product policy, driver for Sales of BU & its bottom-line & supports BU Head in all initiatives (tactical & strategic).
- Cost Assessment, Price offerings, Key Customer model development, DB drivers, Seasonal factoring, Competition screening.
- BU related preparation- Sales & Forecast driver /BU review/Strategy alignment.
- Data savvy, MIS ownership, an eye for critical levers for growth through data points. Market share assessments & action to drive the growth agenda of BU. Import scanning & work closely with sourcing to ensure the right decision making.
- Varied segment understanding ‘beyond HPC’, Valorization of solutions specific to their needs.
- Technical & Commercial clarity & ability to scale up collaborations across functions & work in tandem with other BU for next level solutions.
- International market sensitivity, fair understanding of commercials & global trade flow, technical & environment related appraisals.
- Customer & Market Service delivery along with Customer Service teams.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in chemical
Key Skills
- Excellent B2B selling skills, including key account management & Business development
- Strong Communication & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence without authority.
- Innovative thinking & proactive approach.
