Role Overview
The role focuses on growing New Equipment Business in South Region - India through develop and execute sales strategies, growing NE order , Share of segment, margin expansion and ensuring customer delight across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Strategy to grow NE business profitably in South OA and OT.
- Business Planning, Annual Target setting, Monthly forecasting and MIS
- Develop transformation programs to drive business growth
- Segmentation, Pricing Strategy, Price Management to meet the SoS, Order and Margin Plan.
- Augment coverage through systematic implementation of various coverage initiatives programs
- Provide sales tools and guidance to the Sales team, for preparing and delivering customer value proposition. Planning, hiring and plan for training of the Sales team.
- Drive Sales efficiency and Productivity through various Sales management initiatives and competency development
- Sales Reporting and Forecasting and Data Analysis - Present sales MIS reports to the management team.
- Working with OT leaders , problem solving and helping OT team to achieve business targets
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 10+ years of proven experience in the elevator, escalator, or construction industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, MBA preferred.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and team-handling skills. Strong Strategic orientations.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of elevator traction technology and vertical transportation systems.
- Software: Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
