Position: Deputy General Manager – MEP

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage complete MEP functions for real estate projects.
• Oversee MEP design, execution, coordination and project delivery.
• Manage Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and related services.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, architects and project teams.
• Ensure quality, timelines, cost control and statutory compliance.
• Review MEP drawings, BOQs, technical specifications and site execution.
• Handle MEP planning, budgeting, procurement and vendor management.
• Resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.
Candidate Profile:
• Only Real Estate industry experience is required.
• Relevant experience in MEP project execution and management.
• Strong knowledge of building services and MEP coordination.
• Good leadership, communication and team-management skills.
• Candidates available for immediate/early joining preferred.
