Job Title: Deputy General Manager � Human Resources (DGM � HR)
Job Overview
The Deputy General Manager � HR will lead end-to-end Human Resources functions for a manufacturing and fabrication environment. The role focuses on manpower planning, compensation & benefits, industrial relations, compliance, and employee retention to support organizational growth and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR & Organization Development: Align HR strategy with business goals, workforce planning, and support organizational scaling.
- Talent Acquisition & Manpower Planning: Recruit engineers, supervisors, and skilled shop-floor manpower
- manage contract labour effectively.
- Compensation & Benefits: Design competitive pay structures, certification-linked wages, and productivity-based incentive schemes
- oversee payroll and budgeting.
- Performance Management: Implement KPI/KRA-based systems linking performance to rewards and career growth.
- Industrial Relations & Compliance: Maintain harmonious relations, ensure statutory compliance, and manage audits/inspections.
- Training & Safety: Coordinate skill certifications, safety training, and support EHS initiatives.
