🚨 Hiring: DGM – HR
📍 Lote Plant, Maharashtra
We are looking for an experienced DGM – HR with strong expertise in Employee Relations (ER) and Industrial Relations (IR) to lead plant HR operations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end ER/IR activities at the plant
Handle union relations, negotiations, and dispute resolution
Ensure statutory compliance with labour laws
Drive employee engagement and workplace discipline
Manage grievances and disciplinary processes
Oversee contract labour management
🔹 Candidate Profile:
10–15 years of experience in Plant HR / Manufacturing setup
Strong exposure to ER/IR and union handling
Sound knowledge of labour laws and compliance
Preferred candidates from Satara, Ratnagiri, Kolhapur, Pune or nearby areas
