- Act as a Business Development Ambassador for SE Electrical Distribution and Digital Energy offers
- Drive business growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition for Digital Technologies, Digital Offers, and Platforms
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities and accounts across key segments
- Work closely with sales teams to accelerate customer conversion and revenue generation
- Understand customer needs, specifications, and business challenges to position value-driven solutions
- Provide pre-sales support and techno-commercial insights to strengthen deal closure
- Plan and execute go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and promotional initiatives
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers
- Track market trends, competition, and emerging technologies to drive strategic positioning
- Ensure profitable growth and portfolio penetration in the assigned region
- Experience & Competencies Required
Market Knowledge
- Strong understanding of Customer Segments (Panel Builders, OEMs, Contractors)
- Knowledge of market dynamics, customer buying behavior, and solution positioning
Technical Competencies
- Working knowledge of:
- Electrical Power Distribution Networks (MV & LV) and design philosophy
- Connected products and Energy Management software
- Power Distribution Offers (VCB, ACB, MCCBs, Switching & Control, Transfer Switches, FD)
- Power Management solutions (Energy Meters, PFC Components, AHF)
- LV Panels and applications
- Discrete / Process Automation offers
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value propositions
