Position: DGM – Sales & Business Development
Location: NCR
SR Paryavaran Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented professional to lead business growth initiatives in the Water & Wastewater Treatment sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive Sales & Business Development activities across Industrial, Municipal, and Government sectors
• Identify and convert new business opportunities in STP, ETP, ZLD, Recycling, and Water Treatment projects
• Manage techno-commercial proposals, tenders, negotiations, and client relationships
• Build strategic partnerships with consultants, EPC contractors, and industries
• Achieve revenue targets and support long-term business expansion
Preferred Experience:
• 8+ years of experience in Sales & Business Development
• Strong exposure to Water & Wastewater Treatment industry
• Knowledge of STP/ETP, RO, UF, MBR, ZLD, and Environmental Solutions
• Experience in techno-commercial discussions and project closures
Qualification:
• B.E./B.Tech in Environmental, Chemical, or Civil Engineering
• MBA in Marketing/Business Development preferred
