The Investor Relations role is responsible for developing and executing the company’s investor communication strategy, ensuring clear and consistent messaging on financial performance and long-term business plans. The role manages relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and shareholders while expanding the company’s long-term investor base. It also leads preparation of investor presentations, earnings communication, and market intelligence for senior leadership and the board.

Key Responsibilities
· Strategy & Communication: Developing and executing a comprehensive investor relations strategy that aligns with the company's long-term objectives and ensures consistent messaging across all stakeholders.
· Stakeholder Relationship Management: Proactively managing interactions with institutional investors, buy-side/sell-side analysts, and retail shareholders. Bringing new Long-Term investors to the Cap table of the Company.
· Financial Reporting: Leading the preparation of quarterly earnings releases, investor presentations, annual reports, scripts for conference calls and probable questions for meetings / conferences.
· Market Intelligence: Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and analyst reports to provide actionable insights and feedback to senior management and the Board of Directors.
· Event Management: Organizing and leading investor roadshows, Capital Markets Days, and one-on-one meetings with high-priority shareholders.
· Strategic Data Management: Overseeing the collection and consolidation of data across departments to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
· Reporting & Dashboards: Leading the development of daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and automated dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI.

CA / CFA / MBA (Finance)
3. Experience
10 to 15 years
Industry Experience: working with Investor Relation Agencies, Mutual Funds, Financial Institutions
Location - HO (Kandivali)
Skills:
· Strong financial analysis and capital markets knowledge; ability to interpret financial statements and company performance.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain financial results and strategy to investors and analysts.
· Effective stakeholder management with institutional investors, analysts, and shareholders.
· Good understanding of regulatory and disclosure requirements governed by Securities and Exchange Board of India.
· Ability to generate market intelligence and investor insights by tracking industry trends and competitor performance.
· Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau for dashboards and performance reports.
