Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced aviation professional to join our aviation training institute as an Aviation Consultant. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the aviation industry, pilot training pathways, aviation regulations, and student counseling processes. The role involves guiding students and parents regarding aviation careers, training programs, admissions, and overall aviation-related queries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Counsel students and parents regarding aviation career opportunities and training programs.
* Guide aspiring aviation students through the admission and enrollment process.
* Provide accurate information about aviation courses, licensing procedures, and career pathways.
* Handle student queries professionally through calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
* Maintain strong communication and relationship management with students and parents.
* Coordinate with internal training and operations teams for smooth onboarding.
* Stay updated with current aviation industry trends, DGCA guidelines, and training standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Aviation background is mandatory.
* Prior experience in aviation training institutes, flight schools, aviation consultancy, or airline-related roles preferred.
* Strong understanding of pilot training processes and aviation industry standards.
* Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
* Confident personality with professional presentation skills.
* Ability to manage student and parent relationships effectively.
* Graduate degree preferred; aviation-related qualifications will be an advantage
