About the role

DGA ASG is seeking applications for an intern to join our Tech Policy practice. The internship is based in Washington, DC, and the intern will join our existing cohort of summer interns. The successful intern will start working immediately through August 15th.

Responsibilities

  • Tasks will vary for individual intern positions, but all interns perform responsibilities, including but not limited to:
  • In-depth research and analysis on key people, companies, institutions, current events, and other issues of interest to the firm.
  • Drafting briefing memos, talking points, background materials, and press releases.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks, including, but not limited to, editing documents; setting up events; coordinating meetings; or assisting with operational needs.
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing, or have recently completed, an undergraduate or graduate-level program.
  • Undergraduate applicants must be at least a rising junior or senior.
  • Must demonstrate strong research, analysis, and writing abilities.
  • Must be comfortable working in a team with multiple competing projects
  • Must be able to balance multiple assignments and shift priorities on short notice.
  • Demonstrated experience working independently and communicating upward.

Additional Details

  • All interns must reside in the U.S. for the duration of their internship.
