Role Description
This is a full-time on-site DFT Engineer role based in Hyderabad. The DFT Engineer will design and develop Design-for-Test (DFT) solutions, generate and validate test cases, execute functional and other testing protocols, and ensure the delivery of high-quality ASIC and SoC designs. The role requires working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and enhance test architectures while adhering to project timelines.
Qualifications
- Experience in Test Engineering and Test Execution
- Proficiency in creating, managing, and executing Test Cases
- Skills in Functional Testing and overall Testing methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good understanding of VLSI design and Design-for-Test architectures
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and collaborate effectively within a team
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Prior experience in DFT or semiconductor testing is a plus
