Join Qualcomm’s Data Center team to help shape the next wave of high-performance silicon for AI and cloud infrastructure. You will work on differentiated, customer-focused silicon programs built for specialized workloads and demanding data center requirements, going beyond generic ASIC development. In this DFT-centered role, you will collaborate across silicon and system teams to drive test architecture, implementation, verification, pattern generation, and debug across the silicon lifecycle. You will gain deep technical exposure while contributing to one of Qualcomm’s most strategic growth areas.
Role Summary:
As a DFT engineer at Qualcomm, you will be working across the end-to-end silicon design cycle, from DFT architecture planning to delivering qualified silicon solutions to our customers. You will be using some of the best industry-standard tools and Qualcomm workflows to implement full chip level advanced Scan and MBIST insertion, verification, and pattern generation. Your role will involve collaborating closely with customers, working hand-in-hand with RTL and PD teams, and supporting Test and Product Engineering teams.
