Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a DFT Engineer based in Bengaluru South. The DFT Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing test structures for IC designs, creating and executing test cases, performing functional testing, and analyzing test data to ensure quality and reliability. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize test strategies and support debugging and validation efforts.
Qualifications
- Expert knowledge in Test Engineering and Test Execution
- Proficiency in creating and managing Test Cases and executing Testing processes
- Experience with Functional Testing methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools for DFT and testing
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field
- Previous experience in IC design and test methodologies is an advantage
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
