Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack MERN Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) technology stack. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding, eager to work on challenging projects, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack.
• Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using React.js.
• Develop robust and scalable back-end services using Node.js and Express.js.
• Create and manage databases, ensuring data integrity, performance, and security using MongoDB.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality products.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Write clean, modular, and reusable code following industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in existing applications.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and frameworks to drive innovation in the development process.
• Skills on Java Spring Boot, Angular, PostGreSQL or other relational databases are good to have.
  
  

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2- 3 years of experience in full-stack development (customize based on experience level).
• Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+) and experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Strong understanding of front-end web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful API design and integration.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
• Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Experience with additional frameworks or libraries (e.g., Redux, GraphQL).
• Exposure to containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
