Sr Benefits Analyst

The Sr Benefits Analyst is responsible for supporting the development, implementation and ongoing administration of Dexcom's benefit programs. This includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement, and other ancillary benefit plans. This role partners closely with the global People & Culture team to administer benefits and support employees globally. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and administer Dexcom's global benefit programs, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement, and other ancillary benefit plans. - Analyze and interpret complex plan documents, policies, and regulations to provide guidance and resolve inquiries from employees. - Review and validate benefit eligibility, manage enrollment, and process changes. - Partner with payroll to ensure accurate benefit deductions and contributions. - Collaborate with insurance carriers and third-party providers to resolve claims, escalate issues, and optimize plan performance. - Assist with open enrollment, benefit orientations, and employee communications. - Participate in special projects and initiatives to enhance the employee experience. - Maintain organized records and documentation to support compliance and audits. - Provide customer service and support to employees on benefit-related questions and concerns. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in benefits administration, preferably in a global or fast-paced environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Experience interpreting complex policies, contracts, and regulations. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Passion for providing superior customer service.
