Our cohorts consist of experienced IT professionals (avg. 5+ years in IT) seeking advanced career growth in DevOps, Cloud, and Architecture.

Role Overview:

We are seeking experienced DevOps Trainers to deliver hands-on, industry-oriented training to senior professionals. Trainers can specialize in 2-3 modules rather than covering the entire track, ensuring depth of expertise in their chosen areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver interactive online training sessions for working professionals on topics such as:
• AWS (Associate & Professional) – Architecture, Networking, Security, Cost Optimization
• DevOps & DevSecOps – CI/CD, GitOps, SAST/DAST, Container Security
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) – Terraform, CloudFormation
• Docker, Kubernetes (EKS), GitOps (ArgoCD, Flux)
• Platform Engineering – Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs), Observability (Prometheus, Grafana)
• Prepare learners for AWS certifications (Associate & Professional) and real-world solution architecture challenges.
• Conduct hands-on labs, real-world capstone projects, mock interviews, and resume reviews.
• Collaborate with Hypha mentors to maintain a feedback-driven learning loop for participants.
• Continuously update training content to reflect current industry practices and tools.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of DevOps/Cloud experience with strong hands-on expertise in AWS, Linux, Networking, Python/Shell scripting.
• Proficiency in Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD, GitOps, and Observability tools.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices & cloud security frameworks.
• Prior experience training/mentoring IT professionals; excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• AWS and/or Kubernetes certifications preferred.
• Ability to own 2-3 modules deeply rather than covering the entire track.
