🚀 𝗪𝗘 𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗛𝗜𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚 – 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗢𝗽𝘀 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗿
𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄:
The DevOps Trainer is responsible for delivering training and support on DevOps tools, practices, and workflows. This role focuses on enabling teams to adopt CI/CD, automation, and modern infrastructure practices effectively.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
1. Conduct virtual DevOps training sessions for engineering and operations teams.
2. Develop and maintain training materials including user guides, SOPs, presentations, and e-learning modules.
3. Evaluate participant performance and identify skill gaps for continuous improvement.
4. Stay up to date with DevOps tools, cloud platforms, and industry best practices.
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
1. 10+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or technical training.
2. Hands-on experience with tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Terraform, or similar.
3. Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱:
1. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
2. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and monitoring tools.
3. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
