Hiring: DevOps / SRE Engineer (Monitoring & Automation)
Location: Bangalore (Work from Office – 100%)
Experience: 3–5 Years

Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with strong expertise in monitoring, automation, and scripting. The ideal candidate will support workflow automation, observability, and cloud-based operations while working closely with IT operations and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support automation workflows, orchestration, and event-driven operations
- Monitor systems and analyze logs/telemetry to identify issues and anomalies
- Handle intake workflows, ticket routing, and categorization
- Validate workflow executions, troubleshoot failures, and escalate issues
- Develop and maintain scripts for automation (Python/Shell/PowerShell)
- Assist in cloud automation using AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions)
- Create and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and process documentation
- Support dashboard creation for monitoring insights and reporting
- Contribute to AI-driven automation improvements and workflow optimization
Mandatory Skills
- DevOps & SRE fundamentals
- Observability / Monitoring tools
- Scripting: Python / Shell / PowerShell / JavaScript
- ServiceNow Development experience
- Programming knowledge in C#
- Basic understanding of cloud services (AWS preferred)
Preferred Skills
- Certifications: AWS / Azure / ITIL / Terraform / Ansible
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts and LLM-based tools
- Experience with automation frameworks and workflow tools
- Knowledge of dashboarding and reporting tools
- Familiarity with React or automation platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
