About the Role
Claidroid Technologies is a digital transformation and technology services partner working with global enterprises across regulated industries. We specialize in delivering high-quality, scalable solutions with a strong focus on quality assurance, governance, and business alignment.
We are looking for a skilled DevOps Analyst – Application Services to join our growing team. You will play a critical role in managing modern cloud-native environments, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized applications while working with global teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Kubernetes clusters (EKS / AKS / On-prem)
- Deploy, scale, and troubleshoot containerized applications
- Design and manage Jenkins CI/CD pipelines
- Build and manage Docker images and container workflows
- Deploy applications using Helm charts and manage release lifecycle
- Monitor systems using tools like Dynatrace
- Handle SSL and certificate lifecycle management
- Support Linux server administration (Prod/Pre-prod/Test)
- Manage middleware (Jboss, Tomcat) and DevOps tools
- Ensure smooth deployments across environments
- Work in 24×7 rotational shifts and collaborate with global teams
Technical Skills Required
- Strong hands-on experience in Kubernetes (EKS/AKS)
- Expertise in Jenkins CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Docker, Helm, OpenShift, Containers
- Good understanding of Git workflows
- Linux administration experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AWS / Azure Cloud platforms
- Knowledge of Terraform / Ansible (IaC)
- Exposure to SRE practices & automation mindset
- Experience managing large-scale production systems
