Who we're looking for

We are looking for a highly skilled SDE 3 DevOps engineer, focusing on AWS infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable, secure, and highly available cloud-based architectures.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Design, build, and maintain highly scalable and secure AWS infrastructure.

· Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and monitoring using IaC tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.

· Optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable deployments.

· Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, etc.

· Ensure security best practices for cloud environments including IAM, VPC configurations, and network security.

· Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions to improve reliability and performance.

· Collaborate with engineering teams to improve DevOps culture and drive operational excellence.

What is needed for this role

·5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering.

· Strong expertise in AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS/EKS, VPC, IAM, Route 53, CloudFront, etc.

· Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.

· Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar.

· Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.

· Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch, etc.).

· Scripting and automation experience with Python, Bash, or Go.

· Knowledge of security best practices for cloud environments.

· Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for automation and scalability.

Nice to Have

· Experience in a fintech/startup environment.

· Knowledge of database management and caching solutions.

· Exposure to multi-cloud environments (GCP, Azure).
