About the Role
We are looking for an experienced DevOps Lead to join our Data Platform Engineering team. This role plays a critical part in supporting CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure for our strategic Data Fabric platform, a core asset driving enterprise‑level data operations.
The ideal candidate will work closely with cloud engineers, data engineers, architects, and administrators to design, implement, and optimize DevOps solutions for large‑scale data platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for data infrastructure using Terraform and GitHub Actions
- Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automated deployment workflows
- Deploy and maintain DevOps tools across development, testing, and production environments
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enable scalable, secure, and efficient data systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and pipeline issues
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 8–10+ years of experience in DevOps / Data Platform Engineering
- Strong experience with Git, GitHub Actions, and Terraform
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, VPC)
- Experience with data platforms such as Redshift, Snowflake, Spark, Iceberg, Glue, RDS
- Proficiency in containers (Docker, ECS, Kubernetes)
- Programming experience in Python and scripting in Bash/PowerShell
- Exposure to advanced AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, custom GPTs, Claude) is a plus
