Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in DevOps or Platform Engineering roles
- Own and drive the DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) strategy for large-scale GCP platforms, ensuring scalable, resilient, and secure infrastructure.
- Define and standardize CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and GitOps practices to enable efficient and consistent deployments.
- Ensure zero or minimal downtime during releases with robust rollback mechanisms in place.
- Continuously enhance platform performance, observability, and system reliability, while serving as the primary escalation point for critical platform and release-related incidents.
- Proven experience managing DevOps for large-scale GCP environments
- Strong expertise in Kubernetes (GKE), Docker, Terraform, GitOps, and CI/CD pipelines
- Solid understanding of SRE principles, particularly for latency-sensitive systems
- Experience operating high-traffic, data-intensive SaaS platforms
- Experience working with regulated or healthcare SaaS environments
- GCP DevOps or SRE certification
