Role Overview
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer II to build, scale, and maintain our cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless deployments, system reliability, and performance at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS
- Work on containerization and orchestration (Kubernetes / EKS)
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CloudFormation)
- Monitor systems and ensure high availability and uptime
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Implement and manage logging, monitoring, and alerting systems
- Collaborate with development teams for release and deployment processes
- Ensure security, scalability, and performance optimization
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in DevOps / SRE / Cloud Engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, EKS, Lambda, S3, API Gateway)
- Experience with Kubernetes (EKS preferred)
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Linux and networking basics
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch)
- Understanding of microservices architecture
Good to Have
- Experience with Kafka or event-driven architectures
- Exposure to high-scale consumer applications
- Basic scripting skills (Shell / Python)
- Experience with security best practices in cloud
