Job Title: DevOps Engineer (CI/CD & DevOps Lead)
Experience: 6+ years
Location: Bangalore or Hyderabad (preferred)
Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with strong experience in CI/CD and cloud-based infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable CI/CD pipelines, managing infrastructure using Terraform, and working with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes. The role also involves leading DevOps initiatives, supporting cross-functional teams, and ensuring efficient deployment and operations in a cloud environment, preferably Google Cloud Platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable software delivery
Manage and provision infrastructure using Terraform and related tools
Deploy, manage, and monitor applications using Kubernetes and Helm charts
Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams in an agile environment
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the DevOps team
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure
Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of systems
Work with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform, including services like Cloud SQL and Firebase
Continuously improve DevOps practices and automation processes
Required Skills:
Strong experience in CI/CD tools and practices
Hands-on experience with Terraform and infrastructure as code
Proficiency in Kubernetes and container orchestration
Experience with GitHub or Bitbucket for version control
Knowledge of Helm charts
Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform and cloud-based solutions
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Experience working in agile environments
Good to Have:
Experience with Firebase and Cloud SQL
Exposure to HashiCorp ecosystem tools
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent work experience
This role requires a proactive individual with strong technical expertise and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while driving DevOps excellence.
