Job Title: DevOps Engineer
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
Type: Remote/Full-time
Positions: 1
Experience: 1 – 5 Years
Application Deadline: Mar 25, 2026
About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for managing our cloud infrastructure, automating deployment pipelines, and ensuring the stability of our containerized applications.
This is not a typical corporate role; it is a high-growth opportunity where you will work directly with the core engineering team to build scalable systems.
The Challenges (What to Expect):
- Global Compliance Standards: Since we have a global portfolio, security and compliance are not afterthoughts—they are prerequisites. You will face the challenge of ensuring all infrastructure and applications remain strictly compliant with international standards, specifically SOC2, CASA, and GDPR.
- Fast-Paced Agility: We operate in a dynamic environment. You must be quick to learn new technologies and even quicker to implement changes. "Analysis paralysis" is not an option here; we value speed and execution.
- High Ownership, Low Handholding: As a lean startup, we don't have layers of management. You will be part of a small, highly motivated team where you are expected to take end-to-end ownership of your tasks. You must be comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving problems independently.
- "Reinforced Learning" Mindset: We view operations as a continuous feedback loop. We expect you to apply a "reinforced learning" approach to your daily work—meaning you must actively learn from past mistakes/incidents and immediately build solutions or automation to ensure they never happen again.
Key Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Primary responsibility for provisioning and managing infrastructure using Terraform. You may also be required to use AWS CloudFormation when necessary.
- CI/CD Management: Design and maintain automated pipelines using Jenkins for continuous integration and delivery.
- Containerization & Orchestration: Build Docker images for applications and manage deployments on Kubernetes.
- Deployment Strategy: Utilize Helm Charts effectively to manage Kubernetes applications.
- Database Management: Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of database systems.
Requirements:
- Cloud Proficiency: Strong proficiency in AWS services and architecture is mandatory.
- Scripting: Solid experience in automation scripting. You must be good in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Bash.
- Version Control: Well-versed with Git (branching, merging, pull requests).
- Deployment Tools: Must have hands-on knowledge of Helm and Helm Charts.
- Operating Systems: Mastery of Linux environments is a significant plus.
What We Offer:
- Flexible work environment.
- Opportunity to own the DevOps architecture of a growing startup.
- A culture that values automation over manual toil.
Join our team and become part of a dynamic, innovative environment where your work truly makes a difference. We offer competitive compensation, opportunities for professional growth, and a collaborative culture that fosters learning, creativity, and continuous improvement.
We’re excited to review your application and explore the possibility of working together!
