About the RoleWe are looking for a highly adaptable AI-Powered Full-Stack Developer who thrives on speed and efficiency. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our rapid development sprints, heavily utilizing modern AI coding tools to accelerate the build process from the ground up.
You will be responsible for taking projects from concept to deployment—specifically focusing on our 21-day MVP build-and-launch cycles. Your day-to-day will involve using AI to generate and structure core development, modifying and customizing themes on the fly, and executing rapid, iterative deployments as project needs evolve.
Key Responsibilities- AI-Driven Development: Leverage cutting-edge AI coding assistants (like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, or Claude) to write, refactor, and ship clean code at lightning speed.
- Rapid Prototyping & Theme Customization: Quickly implement, modify, and swap out front-end themes and UI templates to meet specific project requirements.
- Fast-Paced Deployment: Manage continuous integration and fast deployments to ensure applications are live, tested, and updated as and when needed.
- Code Refinement: Transition seamlessly from AI-generated boilerplate code to custom, robust architecture, replacing or rewriting AI-generated solutions when deeper customization is required.
- Agile Problem Solving: Troubleshoot bugs, adapt to changing project scopes, and ensure the final product aligns with our high-speed launch strategies.
What We’re Looking For- Proven Full-Stack Experience: Strong proficiency in modern front-end and back-end frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, Node.js, or similar stacks).
- AI Tool Mastery: You don't just use AI; you know how to prompt it, guide it, and correct it to build full applications efficiently.
- Theme & UI Agility: Deep understanding of CSS, Tailwind, or standard theme architectures with the ability to rip apart and rebuild themes without breaking the core application.
- Deployment Expertise: Experience with fast deployment platforms (e.g., Vercel, Netlify, AWS, or Docker) and a strong grasp of version control (Git).
- Speed & Execution: You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where quick iterations and functional deployments matter more than months of planning.
