Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with 4+ years of experience to enhance and streamline our development and operations processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure, and ensuring the high availability, scalability, and security of applications across environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage robust CI/CD pipelines for efficient application deployment
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize build, release, and deployment workflows
- Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Implement and enforce security best practices across systems and pipelines
- Configure and manage containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Maintain version control systems and define effective branching strategies
- Ensure overall system scalability, performance, and stability
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles
- Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation)
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and scripting (Bash, Python)
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack)
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Solid understanding of networking, security, and system architecture
Good to Have
- Experience working with microservices architecture
- Knowledge of configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
- Exposure to serverless architectures
- Relevant certifications in AWS / Azure / Kubernetes
