About The Role
We are seeking an experienced DevOps / Cloud Engineer to join our dynamic team at UST. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Microsoft Azure and a proven track record in designing, automating, and managing cloud infrastructure. This role involves developing and maintaining scalable, reliable, and secure cloud solutions, with a focus on automation, continuous integration and deployment, and container orchestration. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with development and operations teams to streamline deployment processes, enhance system security, and optimize cloud resource utilization. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex cloud projects, implement best practices, and contribute to the digital transformation initiatives of our clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
- Expertise in Azure DevOps, including designing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform automation.
- Practical experience with Kubernetes and containerization technologies.
- Solid understanding of Azure Blob Storage, Virtual Machines, and Key Vault.
- Knowledge of cloud security principles and network configurations.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt quickly to changing project requirements.
- Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and automate Azure infrastructure solutions using Terraform.
- Build, test, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines utilizing Azure DevOps tools.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications on Kubernetes clusters.
- Administer and optimize Azure Blob Storage, Virtual Machines, and security components like Key Vault.
- Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and security measures to ensure system reliability and data protection.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to align cloud strategies with organizational goals.
- Develop scripting solutions using Bash, PowerShell, or Python to automate routine tasks and enhance system functionality.
- Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and best practices, recommending improvements as needed.
