Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a DevOps Engineer based in Gurugram. The DevOps Engineer will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, deploy and manage cloud infrastructure, and ensure system reliability and scalability. The role requires collaboration with development and operations teams to automate workflows, enhance security practices, and implement observability tools for real-time monitoring and alerting. The engineer will also work to optimize infrastructure performance and align deployments with organizational compliance and cost objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline
- Knowledge in infrastructure management and scaling processes using Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with security tools and practices, including infrastructure scans, vulnerability management, and compliance checks
- Skills in monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or equivalent
- Understanding of cost optimization techniques with the ability to analyze cost dashboards and allocate resources efficiently
- Knowledge of scripting and programming languages such as Python, Bash, or Shell scripting
- Strong problem-solving skills with excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Hands-on experience in Web2 and Web3 technologies is a plus
