We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in designing, implementing, and managing scalable infrastructure and automated deployment pipelines. The ideal candidate will work closely with development and infrastructure teams to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient software delivery processes.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining cloud infrastructure, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring high availability, security, and performance of applications. A strong commitment to collaborative problem solving, system design, and delivering high-quality solutions is essential.
Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure and DevOps workflows.
• Establish best practices in infrastructure, automation, and deployment architecture.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented infrastructure code.
• Collaborate with development teams to support continuous integration and continuous delivery.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
• Communicate with clients regarding assigned tasks through Slack, Skype, or other communication tools; occasional calls may be required.
• Estimate, plan, and track work using Agile methodologies.
• Provide daily status updates through the company’s internal reporting system.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, workflow diagrams, and operational documentation.
Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience working as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional or AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional certification is mandatory.
• Strong experience designing infrastructure on AWS (preferred), GCP, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience managing code repositories such as GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
• Ability to design and implement branching and merging strategies for code repositories.
• Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or similar platforms.
• Experience building automated build, deployment, and rollback mechanisms.
• Ability to identify and mitigate infrastructure security and performance risks
• Experience designing disaster recovery and backup strategies.
• Experience implementing infrastructure and application monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
• Ability to define DevOps strategies considering quality, performance, scalability, and cost optimization.
• Experience performing cost-benefit analysis for infrastructure solutions.
• Ability to automate the end-to-end software delivery process for distributed development teams.
• Strong understanding of modern DevOps tools, practices, and automation frameworks.
