Job Title: DevOps Engineer – Deputy Manager / Manager
Location: Chennai (Onsite)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced DevOps professional to join our team at a leadership level (Deputy Manager / Manager). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments while leading DevOps initiatives and mentoring team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of systems
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot production issues
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams for efficient releases
- Lead DevOps best practices, standards, and governance
- Manage version control systems and branching strategies
- Drive continuous improvement in deployment processes and system reliability
- Mentor junior DevOps engineers and manage small teams (for Manager role)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Shell, Python, or Bash)
- Hands-on experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong understanding of Linux/Unix systems
- Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack)
- Familiarity with security best practices in DevOps
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in managing DevOps teams or leading projects
- Certification in cloud platforms (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer, etc.)
- Exposure to microservices architecture
- Knowledge of DevSecOps practices
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
