Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to support frequent, reliable releases.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to integrate automated build, test, and deployment processes into the delivery workflow.
- Define and implement DevOps best practices around source control, branching strategies, artifact management, and environment promotion.
- Automate routine operational tasks, configuration management, and environment provisioning to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Monitor and optimize build and deployment pipelines for performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the CI/CD pipeline and deployment environments in a timely manner.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure security, compliance, and governance are embedded into the delivery process.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on DevOps tools, practices, and culture.
- Document processes, standards, and runbooks to ensure consistent and repeatable operations.
- Participate in planning and estimation activities, contributing DevOps perspectives to solution design and architecture discussions.
