Senior DevOps Architect – AI/GenAI
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior DevOps Architect – AI/GenAI to lead the design, implementation, and evolution of our cloud infrastructure, DevOps ecosystem, and AI-enabled software delivery platforms. This role will be responsible for defining enterprise DevOps architecture, driving cloud transformation initiatives, enabling AI/ML deployment pipelines, and establishing best practices across infrastructure automation, security, and CI/CD.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Azure cloud technologies, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), GitOps, and modern DevSecOps practices, along with hands-on experience implementing AI/GenAI solutions and MLOps platforms.
Experience
- 8+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in DevOps Architecture.
- Proven experience designing enterprise-scale DevOps platforms and cloud-native solutions.
- Strong exposure to AI/ML platforms, GenAI technologies, and MLOps implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect enterprise-grade DevOps platforms supporting cloud-native and AI-driven applications.
- Define DevOps, DevSecOps, GitOps, and Infrastructure-as-Code strategies across multiple business units.
- Design and implement highly scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructure primarily on Microsoft Azure.
- Lead CI/CD architecture using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and GitHub Actions.
- Design AI/ML deployment pipelines, MLOps frameworks, and model lifecycle management processes.
- Enable deployment, monitoring, and governance of Generative AI applications, LLM-based solutions, and AI workloads.
- Build automated infrastructure using Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates, and Ansible.
- Design container platforms using Docker, Kubernetes (AKS), Helm, and service mesh technologies.
- Implement GitOps methodologies using FluxCD and Azure-native deployment strategies.
- Establish enterprise observability using Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, and Application Insights.
- Drive cloud security, compliance, identity management, and governance aligned with enterprise standards.
- Define architecture standards for disaster recovery, business continuity, scalability, and high availability.
- Collaborate with Engineering, AI/ML, Security, Infrastructure, and Product teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
- Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership on DevOps, automation, cloud architecture, and AI enablement.
- Evaluate emerging cloud, AI, and automation technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
