About Company
New Horizons Child Development Centre (NHCDC) is proud to be the first in India to pioneer the concept and practice of
self-funded, inter-disciplinary, measurable, and outcome-based rehabilitation for children with developmental challenges. Every child at NHCDC receives a personalized evaluation and intervention plan — thoughtfully designed, scientifically grounded, and rigorously documented. Our mission is simple yet powerful:
“Every child can do better.” With the
New Horizons Developmental Program (NHDP), children don’t just receive expert clinical care — they and their families are embraced as partners in a journey of growth, hope, and transformation.
Role Description: Developmental Pediatrician
Role Purpose: As a Developmental Pediatrician at New Horizons, you’ll be at the heart of our mission — transforming lives by diagnosing, treating, and supporting children with developmental and behavioral challenges. You’ll work alongside a passionate, multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care that empowers children to reach their full potential — and gives families the tools, knowledge, and confidence to support them every step of the way.
