Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Skill Development role based in Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar. The professional in this role will develop, implement, and evaluate skill development programs aligned with organizational goals. Responsibilities include conducting training needs assessments, creating tailored training curricula, coordinating workshops, monitoring skill progression, and collaborating with internal teams to address workforce development needs. The role involves periodic reporting on program effectiveness and recommending improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Learning & Development, including training needs analysis, program design, and delivering skill-building initiatives.
- Proficiency in Project Management techniques to ensure seamless planning, execution, and evaluation of training programs.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences effectively.
- Collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and align training programs with business objectives.
- Familiarity with industry trends in skill development, including innovative approaches to upskilling and reskilling in manufacturing and renewable energy sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in skill development or training roles, especially within the manufacturing or renewable energy industries, will be an advantage.
