Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Development Specialist. The position is based in the Pune District. Responsibilities include contributing to software development projects, designing and implementing efficient programs, and collaborating with the team to provide cutting-edge solutions. The Development Specialist will also engage with stakeholders to identify and address client needs, analyze project requirements, and provide technical support during the product lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Strong Software Development and Programming skills
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent Communication skills for client interactions and teamwork
- Sales skills to engage with clients and understand their requirements
- Relevant qualifications in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
- Experience with emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and Data Analytics is a plus
