About the Role
We’re looking for 10 energetic and ambitious Business Development Officers to join our Sikar team. If you love meeting people, closing deals, and building your own income, this is a fantastic opportunity. You’ll get 7 days of professional training to set you up for success.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and meet potential clients in Sikar and nearby areas
- Promote and sell TATA AIA life insurance products
- Achieve monthly sales targets and build long-term client relationships
- Work on business development and expansion in the region
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA or B.Com graduate
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi + English)
- Freshers or experienced candidates both welcome
- Must be ready for hybrid work (office/field + work-from-home)
