Job Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and develop a team of insurance advisors/agents
Drive sales targets through the Retail Agency channel
Motivate and guide advisors to achieve monthly and annual goals
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory guidelines
Track and monitor performance regularly
Who Can Apply?
✔️ Any Graduate
✔️ 1–6 years of experience in Insurance / Retail Sales / BFSI / Direct Sales
✔️ Strong communication, negotiation, and team-handling skills
✔️ Result-oriented and comfortable working with targets
✔️ Candidates with agency recruitment experience will have an advantage
