Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Development Manager at our Erode office. The Development Manager will oversee the recruitment and training of insurance agents, set and achieve sales targets, and develop effective sales strategies. Responsibilities include building and managing a motivated team of agents, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. The Development Manager will also focus on fostering relationships with customers, understanding their financial protection needs, and delivering tailored life insurance solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in recruitment, training, and team management
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies and achieving sales targets
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication, and customer relationship management
- Ability to assess client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance, standards, and operational processes in the insurance sector
- Prior experience in life insurance or financial services is highly advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Strong problem-solving, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team
