SBI Life Insurance Has started a new branch in Ponkunnam and Pala in Kottayam District and is looking forward to hiring a wonderful Team,
- Graduate Sales Trainee ( should e a Graduate with no experience)
- Sales officer (min 1 year sales experienced with +12)
- Development Manager : (min 1 year sales experienced with degree)
- Agency Manager ( should be LI experienced
Qualifications
- Proven skills in team management, leadership, and performance evaluation to drive team productivity and motivation.
- Strong experience in sales, client acquisition, and relationship management to enhance business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and client engagement.
- Knowledge of the insurance sector, including product offerings and regulatory compliance, is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in training and mentoring to develop advisors’ professional capabilities and enhance their selling techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications in insurance are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure while maintaining high ethical standards of service.
