Role Description
The Development Manager will oversee and enhance business development activities to drive growth and support agents' performance. Key responsibilities include recruiting, training, and mentoring insurance agents, achieving sales targets, and strengthening customer relationships through excellent customer service. The role also involves implementing strategic plans to improve organizational performance and collaborating with stakeholders for business expansion. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Naugachhia.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in team recruitment, training, and development
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to build and maintain client and agent relationships
- Experience with sales strategies, lead generation, and achieving revenue targets
- Analytical skills to assess market trends and implement growth strategies
- Ability to work collaboratively and take proactive steps for business expansion
- Proficiency in leveraging digital tools and platforms for enhanced efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred
- Self-driven and result-oriented, with strong leadership qualities
