Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dehradun for a Development Manager. The Development Manager will be responsible for managing and coaching a team to achieve sales targets, engaging with potential and existing customers to provide tailored insurance solutions, and developing strategies to expand and enhance market reach. This role will also involve ensuring adherence to compliance standards, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and staying informed about market trends to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Sales and Marketing: Competency in lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales strategy development.
- Team Management: Effective team leadership, training, and motivation skills to drive performance and achieve targets.
- Customer Engagement: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
- Analytical Thinking: Proficiency in analyzing market trends, sales data, and developing actionable insights.
- Problem-solving and Decision-making: Capacity to address challenges and make strategic choices to meet objectives.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Educational Requirement: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in financial services or insurance will be an added advantage.
