The Role
As Development Director, you will be responsible for the end-to-end growth, outreach, and operational management of the Passion Project. You will work directly with the President and leadership team to expand the program's reach across schools and institutions, build strategic partnerships, and ensure meaningful outcomes for every participant.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute the growth strategy for the Passion Project across India
• Build and manage partnerships with high schools, educators, parents, and community organizations
• Lead outreach campaigns to drive student registrations and institutional tie-ups
• Develop program content, workshop frameworks, and mentorship structures in collaboration with our team
• Manage program operations, including scheduling, participant tracking, certification delivery, and feedback collection
• Coordinate events, webinars, and presentations for Passion Project participants
• Create and manage social media content and marketing campaigns specific to the program
• Prepare progress reports, impact metrics, and presentations for leadership
• Recruit, train, and manage interns or volunteers supporting the initiative
• Represent Grace Ladies Global Academy at educational events, conferences, and networking forums
Whom We're Looking For:
• 3–7 years of experience in education, youth development, nonprofit program management, business development, or a related field
• Strong understanding of the Indian education landscape, particularly at the high school level
• Proven track record in outreach, partnerships, or institutional relationship management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, globally distributed team
• Proficiency with digital tools — Google Workspace, social media platforms, CRM or project management tools, and AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva, etc.) is a strong plus
• Passionate about women's empowerment, youth development, and non-traditional education
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Education, Business, Social Work, or related field preferred
Nice to Have:
• Background in event management, content creation, or digital marketing
• Existing network within Indian schools, colleges, or educational NGOs
• Experience managing volunteers or interns
Compensation & Terms
• Salary: INR 40,000/- per month (confirmed after a 2-month trial period based on performance)
• Trial Period: The first 2 months serve as a performance evaluation period. The salaried position will be confirmed upon satisfactory demonstration of initiative, ownership, and results. There is no commitment from either side in case of inadequate performance during the trial.
• This is a fully remote position based out of India, working with a US-headquartered team.
