What makes the role meaty?
● Develop and innovate new recipes, menus, and food concepts aligned with brand strategy
● Conduct product trials, tasting sessions, and sensory evaluations
● Optimize recipes for cost efficiency and profitability
● Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
● Monitor food trends and incorporate innovation into product development
● Maintain documentation of formulations, processes, and trial results
We hope that you have..
● 5–7 years of total experience in the culinary field
● Minimum 5 years of hands-on cooking experience
● Experience in reputed large hotels or premium restaurant chains
● Prior experience in an R&D / Product Development role is mandatory
● Strong knowledge of food costing and commercial viability
● Understanding of food safety regulations (FSSAI, HACCP, etc.)
● Excellent communication and presentation skills
● Creative, detail-oriented, and commercially driven
