We are looking for a Scrum Master / Project Manager with a strong hands-on coding background to drive agile delivery and collaborate closely with development teams.
Job Description:
What We’re Looking For:
- 6+ years of experience in software development (mandatory)
- 3+ years as Scrum Master / Project Manager in agile environments
- Python, Java, React skills as a Software Experience
- Strong understanding of SDLC, APIs, microservices, and cloud concepts
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Scrum certifications (CSM/PSM) are a plus
Note : QA/Testing background not preferable
Responsibilities:
- Lead Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, planning, retrospectives, and reviews
- Collaborate closely with developers and contribute to technical discussions
- Break down requirements into user stories and tasks
- Identify and resolve blockers, risks, and dependencies
- Drive sprint delivery, track progress, and improve team performance
- If you have the ability to combine technical expertise with agile leadership, we would like to connect.
- Must have worked as developer for atlease 3 years.
