ABOUT THE ROLE
- Will be responsible for finding and building strategic partnerships with Builders.
- Contacting and following up with new prospective Clients and setting up new business opportunities for growth.
- Identifying and executing innovative ideas for expansion.
- Responsible for maintaining the records of old and new developers to execute alliance strategy for business growth at a high pace.
- Host and coordinate events for developer customers.
- Should have good negotiation skills and ability to close deals on spot, while setting up meetings with the developers.
- Meet and coordinate with the design team to build lucrative packages to offer the developers.
- Build report and convince senior executives, promoters and developers. - Ensure daily targets are met and regular follow up details are being maintained. Your Key Responsibilities
