The team includes experienced engineers and product designers with a strong track record of building and shipping consumer hardware products at scale. Project Mirage operates across San Francisco and Bangalore and is in an early, fast-moving phase of product and brand building.
Role Overview
We are looking for a builder who is at the intersection of engineering, community and growth. This is
beyond a traditional DevRel role. You won't just talk about the product - you will build with it, push its limits
and show the world what's possible. You will help grow our developer ecosystem by creating workflows,
promoting them and sketching out real world use cases for our users while also building internal tools that
power our product growth efforts. This is a hands-on, builder-first role. You will spend at least 50% of your time coding.
What You'll Own
- Grow our developer ecosystem - build and publish high quality workflows that are useful for our community in the product marketplace.
- Create real world use cases for the product that demonstrate the power of our platform.
- Write technical blog posts, tutorials and walkthroughs for the product.
- Engage with developers and help them build on top of our platform.
- Share demos, experiments and ideas on social media.
- Work closely with the engineering and product teams and shape the future roadmap.
- Experiment with cutting edge technologies and popular apps to see how they fit into the product
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience building software projects.
- Comfortable with scripting across systems - AppleScript, shell scripts.
- Comfortable with Python and prior experience with FastAPI is a huge plus.
- Interest in automation, building quality of life workflows and demonstrating them publicly.
- Enjoys writing and sharing ideas and engaging with developers.
