Responsibilities: - Gather and analyze business requirements related to compensation planning, merit cycles, bonuses, stock plans, and allowances
- Configure and maintain Advanced Compensation plans, eligibility rules, compensation packages, and calculation logic for New India Salary Structure
- Design and implement compensation review processes, guidelines, budgets, and approvals
- Develop and maintain calculated fields, business process frameworks, condition rules, and validations
- Support annual compensation cycles, testing, data validation, and end-user training
- Partner with HR and Total Rewards teams to ensure best practices and compliance
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide effective solutions
- Create functional design documents and user guides
Requirements: - Workday Certification in Advanced Compensation (Active)
- 5+ years of Workday HCM experience with strong focus on Advanced Compensation
- Proven experience in end-to-end Workday implementations
- Strong understanding of compensation structures, merit planning, bonus plans, and equity compensation
- Experience with Workday security, reporting, and integrations (basic to intermediate level)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
