Role Description
Job Title: ServiceNow ITSM + Integration Developer
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) and system integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications and workflows, with a strong focus on ITSM modules and integration with third-party systems.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Development: Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management, Service Catalog, and Service Portal.
Workflow Automation: Implement and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and notifications.
Integration Development: Build and manage integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Servers, and other APIs to connect ServiceNow with external systems.
CMDB Management: Optimize and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), ensuring accurate asset and service data.
Technical Support: Troubleshoot platform issues, perform upgrades and patch management, and provide support to end-users.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, workflows, and integrations.
Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and Glide scripting.
Experience with ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Script Includes).
Solid understanding of ServiceNow data model and relationships.
Integration experience using REST/SOAP web services.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
