Role Description
Salesforce QA / Tester
Experience Range
- 3 to 5 years of QA experience
- Experience in 2–3 Salesforce (SFDC) projects (minimum 6 months each)
Hiring Location
- India : Hyderabd/Bangalore/Chennai/Kochi/Kolkata/Trivandrum/Pune/Gurgaon/Noida
Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience in Salesforce (SFDC) testing
- Extensive UI testing in Salesforce core clouds
- Hands-on experience in test automation
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies & QA processes
- Experience in SQL queries and post data migration validation
- Experience in testing web-based applications (SaaS architecture)
- Good functional knowledge of Salesforce products
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in distributed teams
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience in Healthcare domain
- Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Exposure to full-stack testing (frontend & backend)
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline integration
- Experience in test reporting and data analysis
- Passion for automation-driven testing practices
Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and define automation needs
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts
- Manage testing artifacts (reuse, versioning, backups, organization)
- Execute test cases and analyze/report results to stakeholders
- Work with development and DevOps teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Perform end-to-end testing across the software development lifecycle
- Ensure quality through continuous testing and automation
